Ronny Jackson was born of Ronny Lynn Jackson. The doctor is an American politician, physician and retired United States Navy. He is a rear admiral who is the U.S. representative for Texas’s 13th congressional district.  Jackson joined the White House Medical Unit in the mid-2000s under George W. Bush.  He served as Physician to the President from 2013 to 2018 under Barack Obama and Donald Trump.

Ronny was later nominated Jackson to be the United States secretary of veterans affairs. Ronny succeeded David Shulkin on March 28, 2018. Some concerns management experience, he withdrew his nomination as Secretary of Veterans Affairs.  His current job is an appointment by President Trump to serve as Assistant to the President and Chief Medical Advisor.  It was a new position in the Executive Office back on February 2, 2019.
